Richard Sherman says the 49ers were the second best team in the NFL

One day after winning the Super Bowl in dominant fashion, superstar cornerback Richard Sherman heaped praise onto Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, calling him a "living legend" and "the classiest player [or] person I have ever met."

Sherman wasn't quite so complimentary of the Broncos as a whole.

Robert Klemko of MMQB spent the night of the Super Bowl tailing Sherman, and the behind-the-scenes look at Sherman's celebration (he partied with his parents until 3 a.m.) is a must-read. During that night, after one of the most lopsided Super Bowls of all time, Sherman admitted that the NFC Championship game was the the real title decider.
