These came out pretty good! I chopped granny smith apples into small pieces and let them sit in the sugar before adding to the mix, added all spice, and a splash of milk. They turned out delicious and were not dry!

I've never made a cheesecake before, and I will say that this recipe was easy & delicious! I love pumpkin everything ,and this was the perfect amount of pumpkin and cheesecake flavor! It was a Thanksgiving hit. Even my husband who isn't even a fan of pumpkin really enjoyed this! Will make again!

Just made this! Cut the recipe in half because I only needed 1 loaf. The batter tasted delicious but took over 50 min to fully bake. More like an hour & 10 minutes, but I'm letting it cool now and very excited to try it! I also threw in some chocolate chips (maybe that's why it took longer to bake?)
