Depends on what you mean by ‘rough’

Depends what you mean by 'rough sex'.
If you mean that at the 'point of no return' it turns harder and faster then I think (that for most) this is normal.
I have found out that no matter how 'romantic' things start out that at the point of cumming the actions gets faster and 'rougher' - and this applies to females as well as males.
It is as if instinctively there is a loss of control, a 'need' to cum as hard and deeply as possible, to 'get that seed planted' ...... and this applies whether a condom is being worn or not and if not even when pregnancy if the last thing wanted.
The point of any-time sex - we don't have to wait for the female to come into season, although some females still show signs of a 'mating period' when the desire for sex is stronger -, enjoyable sex, was evolutionary to increase the chance of 'pair bonding' and the number of pregnancies and that instinct still comes to the surface at the time of 'release' and we attempt to 'plant our load' hard and deep, often aided by our partners.

I would suggest to hold off on that. Your at a very vulnerable state when your first experimenting sexually. You do not want to give her the wrong impression or bad first experience. It could really mess her up mentally. And ruin her thoughts on sex. Rough sex should only come into play after alot of trust and a strong connection has been established. And even then you should tread carefully. If you do not know what your doing you could damage her physically and mentally.

Women have this issue we do not just forget things. Bad experiences are filed in a place in our brain and if something reminds us of them during sex they could resurface. That makes for a bad situation.

I am not a fan of rough sex. I do not like to be a roughen. I did have a FWB that like her nipples bitten. She had to teach me how to do it because I was not biting hard enough. That did not go well with many women I meet later.
